Terms of Service
By hiring Quick Solution IT or submitting an inquiry, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Payment Terms
পেমেন্ট: ৫০% অগ্রিম, ৫০% ডেলিভারির সময়।
- 50% advance is required before work begins on any project.
- 50% on delivery — final payment is due before we hand over complete codebases, files, and server credentials.
- We accept bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer.
- For Enterprise Dynamic packages, milestone-based payment schedules are available upon request.
- Invoices are issued via WhatsApp or email. Work does not begin until the advance payment is confirmed.
2. Refund Policy
রিফান্ড: কাজ শুরুর আগে অগ্রিম ফেরতযোগ্য। ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত।
- If you cancel before work begins: full advance refund.
- If you cancel after work has started: a partial refund is offered based on milestone sprints completed (assessed case by case).
- If we fail to deliver what is written in your package: full refund guaranteed.
- If we miss our guaranteed milestone sprint timeline: 10% of your payment is refunded automatically.
3. Scope of Work
কাজের পরিধি: প্যাকেজে উল্লেখিত কাজই করা হবে।
The scope of work is defined by the package you select (Lite Portfolio, Custom E-Commerce, or Enterprise Dynamic) as described on our pricing page. Any work outside the package scope — additional pages, extra features, custom API integrations — is quoted separately and agreed upon in writing before starting.
All deliverables are listed clearly before the project begins. We will not add or remove deliverables without your written agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
ক্লায়েন্টের দায়িত্ব: কন্টেন্ট ও যোগাযোগ সময়মতো দিতে হবে।
- Provide design assets, project copy, and API tokens within 2 business days of project start.
- Be available on WhatsApp/Slack for feedback during development (response within 24 hours expected).
- Approve design drafts and milestone builds in a timely manner. Delays in feedback extend the launch timeline accordingly.
- If you require external integrations or assets not provided, this is your responsibility unless specifically included in your package.
5. Intellectual Property & Ownership
মালিকানা: ডেলিভারির পর সব কিছু ক্লায়েন্টের।
Upon final payment, you own everything we built for you — the custom code, git repository, assets, domain, and all associated database setup. Quick Solution IT retains no ownership or ongoing control over your assets.
We may display your completed website in our portfolio (without revealing private business or user data) unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Post-Launch Support & Warranty
লঞ্চের পরে: ১৫–৬০ দিন বিনামূল্যে সাপোর্ট।
- Lite Portfolio: 15 days free technical support via WhatsApp.
- Custom E-Commerce: 30 days free support.
- Enterprise Dynamic: 60 days priority support.
- Support covers bug fixes and technical issues caused by our work. It does not cover new features, structural database changes, or issues caused by third-party updates after handover.
7. Limitation of Liability
Quick Solution IT is not liable for business outcomes, sales performance, or advertising results after handover. We are responsible only for the technical deliverables in your package.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
